Pastor David Wright
Founder of Church Link Network
David Wright was raised in a minister’s home and ordained in Pastoral Ministry in 1989. He has been a student of leadership for over thirty years. He has served in virtually every position in a local church and has successfully navigated the transition from a Staff Pastor role into a Lead Pastor’s role at Christian Life Fellowship in SW Florida in 1996 as well as launching Life Link Church – a thriving local church in Gilbert, AZ – in 2006.
Throughout his ministry journey, he has actively sought out Pastors and leaders who were discouraged or stuck in their leadership development, investing time and resources into helping them take their leadership to higher levels. From one-on-one coaching to hosting regional leadership conferences, to untangling church boards that are stuck and coaching churches through leadership transitions and mergers, to developing vision campaigns and helping churches develop a culture of generosity; David brings decades of leadership experience in the uniquely complex environment of local church leadership.
Pastor Cheree Wright
Co-Founder of Church Link Network
Cheree’ Wright was born into a Pastor’s home and raised with local church ministry as the backdrop of her childhood. At an early age, she sensed God calling her into ministry, leaned into that calling and never looked back. Cheree’ was ordained into Pastoral Ministry with her husband, David, in 1989.
Cheree’ has a passion for whatever is in front of her in ministry. She is an extremely gifted Worship Pastor and has led worship through the transitional styles and expressions for over 30 years. She’s a gifted leader of leaders and teams and has built profoundly effective ministry teams in every facet of local church ministry. From Worship to Staff Operations to Schools of Ministry to leading Women’s, Children’s and Students’ Ministries; Cheree’ brings a lot to the table when she sits down to work with leaders.
David Alley
David Alley and his wife Genie started with Life Link Church soon after it formed in 2006. David worked as a volunteer in many areas, including helping oversee various business functions of the church. When Pastor David Wright first offered his vision for Church Link Network, Alley Immediately supported the idea, believing the time is right for churches to join forces for the good of the Kingdom. Dave Alley worked for large corporations for 25 years in executive and management roles. He loves using his experience and training to help churches run their business functions effectively.
