We exist to equip, empower, and encourage Pastors and ministry leaders on the journey to fulfilling their God-given ministry assignments.
Our Mission
Our mission is to increase ministry efficacy through relational synergy among Pastors and church leaders who are on a mission to reach those they encounter for Jesus. We are a place where participation makes everyone better, because we’re all better together than when we are alone.
Our Heart
“When we first set out to plant Life Link back in 2006, we didn’t want to feel like we had to do it alone. We weren’t part of a denomination so we didn’t have that type of support system. We longed for synergy over competition among leaders, so we started getting together with a group of other pastors and discovered they too desired that connection.”

Better Together
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
How It Began
Working together in an encouraging and inspiring setting had such appeal that more and more ministry leaders desired to participate in those early connections.
This established a growing environment where leaders could seek insight and coaching through the challenges they were currently facing, as well as offer solutions to others for the challenges they had already overcome.
Synergy Within Diversity
CLN itself is a multi-cultural network, as participants come from many different cultures and backgrounds with varying ministry assignments.
While there are many diversities served by CLN, everyone shares the desire to synergize ideas, resources, and relationships. This shared desire is the foundation that allows all who participate to benefit from relational connections that help break through barriers and set a growth trajectory for the future.
Our Vision For The Future
Over the next five years, we desire to help 300 church leaders break through the next growth barrier that lies in front of them.
We genuinely believe that Pastors synergizing with each other is a key to seeing regions transformed for God’s glory.
